Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You may initiate a request within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product doesn’t fit.
- Product or packaging is damaged.
- Product is defective.
- Accessories or parts are missing.
- We have a 5 days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- No signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage.
- Product must match order records.
Exchange Process
- Request pickup through our support team (WhatsApp/email).
- Pickup attempts will be made twice.
- Once received, quality check will be done.
- Approved products are eligible for exchange or credit note.
- Credit notes can be used for future purchases.
- If exchange is approved, item will be delivered within 7-10 days
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit.
- Prepaid orders are non-refundable
- store credit valid for 12 months.
- You can request a refund within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Policy
- Free shipping across India.
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Delivery takes 5–7 working days.
